Julie Ashmore Dann


Julie has over 30 years’ corporate experience within financial services, most latterly as Head of SME Lending at HSBC UK. She has an MBA from Henley Management College and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Sha also has a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and is a qualified executive coach.

She is also an adventurer in her spare time, having skied to both North and South Poles and is a crew member for the Clipper Round the World Yacht race 17/18 edition.

Roy Hutchins


Originally coming from an Arts background, Roy began working in consultancy when approached by organisations who recognised that their training needed to be more relevant and engaging for their target audience. In conjunction with specialist management consultants and clients he wrote and designed original development programmes for several large consultancies before becoming managing director and senior consultant for Diversity by Design.

Christopher Westcott


Chris Westcott has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry, with the majority of time spent in the field of Treasury management. He has held a range of senior positions in the Treasury functions of both Nat West and Royal Bank of Scotland in the UK. These have included divisional Treasurer roles and various project assignments, such as leading the development of an in-house securitisation capability and the integration of the ABN AMRO Treasury function post-acquisition
